January 12, 2022 at 12:39 pmSolid choice for an exchange student. Having an English lease made the process very straightforward. The room has a good-sized desk for studying and the high-speed wifi was reliable. It’s a professional setup with a responsive management team for repairs.

December 31, 2024 at 7:37 amStayed here for a semester. The location is the best part—only a few minutes’ walk to the Guting MRT and really close to NTNU. The room is basic but functional, and having the weekly housekeeping and garbage removal included in the rent makes life a lot easier if you’re a busy student.

Can we divide our rent in two people.like half half of 12500 NTD .

July 5, 2025 at 8:37 pmGood experience in a shared flat. The kitchen and common area are well-equipped with a gas stove and a decent TV. It’s nice that utilities like water and gas are included, though you do have to keep an eye on your own AC usage since electricity is extra. The free coffee in the common area was a nice touch.
